Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days from the date your request is approved. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
All payments for Defensia are processed by our authorized payment provider, which acts as our merchant of record. Refunds are issued by our payment provider and returned to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your payment provider, but it is typically 5-10 business days.
Our payment provider handles all billing, invoicing, sales tax, and refund processing on behalf of Defensia. If you have questions about a specific charge, you may also contact the payment provider directly through the receipt email you received at the time of purchase.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
After the 30-day money-back guarantee window has passed, no partial refunds are issued for the remaining days in your current billing cycle. Your service simply continues until the period you have already paid for expires.
The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to annual subscriptions from the date of purchase. If you request a refund within 30 days of your annual plan purchase, you will receive a full refund of the annual payment.
After the 30-day window, you may still cancel your annual subscription at any time. Your Pro features will remain active for the remainder of the annual period you have paid for, but no refund will be issued for the unused portion.
Refunds are not available for accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service. This includes, but is not limited to, abuse of the platform, fraudulent activity, or use of the service in a manner that violates applicable laws.
The Defensia Free plan does not require any payment and is available at no cost. Since no payment is collected for the Free plan, no refund applies. You may use the Free plan indefinitely with no obligation to upgrade.
